Critical checklist before publishing
Legal consistency: aligns this Policy with the Privacy Notice (legal basis, transfers, withholding).
Actual inventory: confirms exact cookie names and durations (GA4, Ads, Meta, YouTube, reCAPTCHA, WhatsApp/GHL, cache, CMP).
Active CMP: enable your consent banner (accept/reject/configure) and the reopening of the panel from the footer.
Consent Mode v2 (Google): activates signals ad_user_data y ad_personalization conditioned on consent.
YouTube embedded: uses the "nocookie" or prior consent before loading the player.
Record of decisions: stores (hash/ID) the proof of consent and its changes (audit).
