{"id":7556,"date":"2025-08-13T11:16:33","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T17:16:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quantumlab.mx\/?page_id=7556"},"modified":"2025-08-26T10:17:16","modified_gmt":"2025-08-26T16:17:16","slug":"lic-maria-guadalupe-ramirez-padilla","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/quantumlab.mx\/en\/scientific-equipment\/lic-maria-guadalupe-ramirez-padilla\/","title":{"rendered":"Mrs. Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Ram\u00edrez Padilla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Ram\u00edrez Padilla is a biologist graduated from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Zaragoza of the Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM), with experience in cell culture, management of animal models and participation in research projects on bioactive compounds and their application in health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2018, she has been part of the Hematopoiesis and Leukemia Laboratory of the Morphology and Experimental Research Unit (UMIEZ) of the FES Zaragoza, where she has collaborated in studies on hepatoprotective and hypoglycemic effects of extracts of <em>Sechium edule<\/em> in murine models, as well as in the evaluation of biomarkers of inflammation and oxidative stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His experience includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Culture of multiple cell lines (J774, P388, WEHI-3, 4T1, RAW, L929, A547, 3T3\/L1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of murine models (CD1 and Balb\/c) with gastric, intraperitoneal and subcutaneous drug administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flow cytometry techniques, cell culture and toxicity assays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing of samples for histopathological and molecular studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>She has participated as co-author in articles published in international indexed journals, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Improved Survival of Leukemic Mice Treated with Sodium Caseinate in Combination with Daunorubicin without Toxicity<\/strong>, <em>Journal of Oncology<\/em> (2021).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hepatoprotective effect of the Sechium HD-Victor hybrid extract in a model of liver damage induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.<\/strong>, <em>Biomedicine &amp; Pharmacotherapy<\/em> (2025).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>His training is complemented with specialized courses and diplomas in molecular biology, multicolor cytometry, laboratory quality, molecular biology techniques, blood banking and infrared spectroscopy.
